a novel convective dryer utilizing a chemical heat pump (CHP). In earlier
studies we have shown by simulation and fundamental experimental studies
that the CHP unit can be used to recover a part of the exhaust heat from
convective dryers and reuse it by storage and/or upgrading of the
temperature and even with cooling dehumidification.
